How do I get a Fit Mob hoody?
The Fit Mob hoody is only available to order for members that have been active for 3 consecutive months. Once you've completed 3 months of probation as a member (entering your 4th) simply send us an email and we'll send you the hidden link to place your order.

Can I share my membership?
No

Can I place a hold on my membership?
We are unable to place accounts on hold, but the Fit Mob membership is month-to-month, with no commitment. So, you may cancel your membership at anytime. 
The cancellation will take effect on your next billing date.

Please note that after your account is cancelled, you will not be able to reactivate your account for 3 months.

How do I cancel my membership?
Login to your account and under "Manage memberships", click cancel. Please note that after your account is cancelled, you will not be able to reactivate your account for 3 months.

Why was my account canceled?
Accounts are typically cancelled due to a violation of our Terms below. If we have reason to believe that a customer is using their Fit Mob Membership for any purpose other than purchasing product for themselves, their account will be flagged by our monitors for cancellation.

Some examples of violation*:
  • Sharing memberships or any links for purchasing of goods.
  • Reselling membership privileges and perks
  • Ordering for non members
  • Publicly sharing membership designs, images, etc prematurely
