How It Works:

1. Choose 3 workouts from the list of 8 below.
2. Complete them either one per day or all in one day—but finish all 3 by the end of day three.
3. Post proof (photos or videos) of each workout on Instagram, tagging our account and using the appropriate hashtag for each workout.
4. Winners will be judged based on their time and form.

Workouts (Choose 3):

1. Bench Press Blast:
• Goal: Complete 50 reps at a weight of your choice.
• Instructions: Break the reps into sets as needed. Use a weight that challenges you while maintaining good form. Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshBenchPressChallenge.

2. Weighted Squat Strength:
• Goal: Perform 100 weighted squats.
• Instructions: Use a barbell or weights that are comfortable but challenging. Split the reps into sets (e.g., 4 sets of 25). Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshSquatChallenge.

3. Barbell or Machine Rows:
• Goal: Complete 75 barbell or machine rows.
• Instructions: Use a weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout. Break the reps into sets (e.g., 5 sets of 15). Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshRowChallenge.

4. Pull-Up Power:
• Goal: Perform 50 pull-ups.
• Instructions: Break into sets that work for you (e.g., 5 sets of 10). Assisted pull-ups are allowed. Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshPullUpChallenge.

5. Push-Up Power:
• Goal: Complete 100 push-ups.
• Instructions: Split the reps into manageable sets (e.g., 4 sets of 25). Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshPushUpChallenge.

6. Dip Strength:
• Goal: Complete 100 dips.
• Instructions: Break the reps into sets (e.g., 4 sets of 25). Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshDipChallenge.

7. Plank Hold:
• Goal: Hold a plank for a total of 10 minutes.
• Instructions: You can break it into intervals (e.g., 5 sets of 2 minutes). Focus on maintaining good form. Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshPlankChallenge.

8. Jump Rope Endurance:
• Goal: Jump rope for a total of 20 minutes.
• Instructions: Break the time into intervals as needed. Beginners can start with shorter rounds. Post your time and video with the hashtag #SuperFreshJumpRopeChallenge.

Rules:

1. Choose any 3 workouts from the list and complete them by the end of day three.

4. Winners will be judged based on the fastest times while maintaining excellent form.
